Our retreats allow you to experience the bathing and hot spring culture in Japan that has been practiced for thousands of years. 

"Toji" means hot spring therapy in Japan. There are many different kinds of thermal waters across Japan believed to have a variety of therapeutic health benefits.

We stay at Japanese inns called "ryokan" for our retreats. Ryokan have long-standing tradition, fine hospitality and immaculate aesthetics. Their heritage offers inspiring and memorable experiences.

We choose locations in Japan's countryside surrounded by breathtaking natural sceneries deep in the mountains, near oceans or forests where our wellness activities will take place.

Meals offered at the ryokan are mutli-course "kaiseki" - a procession of distinctive dishes using fresh local produce made by a team of culinary experts to showcase local gourmet traditions.

Each location has its own unique culture and history. You can immerse into the local culture through activities such as tea ceremony and noodle-making workshops offered in our retreats.
